At Cosette, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 14-day window for returns on all eligible luxury fashion items. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the items are in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all designer dust bags, authenticity cards, and tags.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
